Parbodh brings over three decades of pharmaceutical experience, having begun his career in 1989 with leading companies such as Alembic, Ranbaxi and Pfizer. He has been an integral part of Healol for 25 years, guiding its growth and expansion across Southeast Asia.
Since 2019, he has been serving as CEO, where his vision and leadership continue to drive the company’s mission of delivering high-quality healthcare solutions and building lasting partnerships in the region.
Abhay Kanchan
Director of Business Development
Abhay leads Healol’s business development across Vietnam and Cambodia, driving growth and strengthening the company’s regional presence. With more than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he brings expertise in market expansion, partnerships, and operational leadership.
His work ensures that Healol continues to deliver innovative healthcare solutions and create long-term value for stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
Dinesh Kapur
General Manager, Philippines
Dinesh has nearly 33 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning both domestic and international markets. After 13 years in India’s domestic sector, he transitioned to international business, where he has spent over 20 years working across Southeast Asia and the CIS region.
Holding a B.Sc. and a Diploma in Business Management from NMIMS, he now leads Healol’s operations in the Philippines. As General Manager, he is responsible for guiding the team, driving commercial growth, and strengthening Healol’s market position in the country.
Pichsinee Khoonworavinit
Country Manager, Thailand
Pichsinee is a highly experienced pharmacist with more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 23 years in senior leadership roles at multinational companies. Holding a B.Sc. in Pharmacy and an MBA, she has developed deep expertise across sales and marketing, tender business, public relations, and clinical research.
Her experience spans multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, hematology, respiratory and allergy, endocrinology, skincare, medical devices, and disinfectants. At Healol, she leads operations in Thailand, driving growth and ensuring the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions tailored to the market’s needs.
Sukvinder Kaur Randhawa
Chief Financial Officer
Sukvinder brings over 27 years of financial leadership experience to Healol, with a strong track record in financial management, compliance, and operational efficiency. As CFO, she plays a critical role in shaping the company’s long-term financial health and supporting its growth strategy.
Known for her commitment to transparency and collaborative leadership, she ensures the highest standards of governance and accountability. Sukvinder is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Ambesh Shukla
Country Manager, Cambodia
Ambesh brings 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in both domestic and international markets. He spent a decade in India’s domestic sector before moving into international business, where he has successfully led operations for over nine years.
Holding a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Mumbai University and an MBA in Marketing from Pune University, Ambesh has worked extensively across Cambodia and Vietnam, developing deep market knowledge and strong networks. At Healol, he leads the Cambodian operations, driving growth and expanding the company’s footprint in the market.
